For PC version:
1.Create a new FEMALE Shepard using the DEFAULT face (Yes, you HAVE to use the default one. Yes, she will turn into Sheploo)
2.Give her a dude name I guess
3.Play until the game will let you save
4.Save
5.Bring up the console and type “setgender 0” then hit enter
6.Save and quit
7.Load the save you just made
8.Romance the fuck out of Kaidan»
